Third Party Internet Claim Submission - All third party information (Name, PCN, BIN . . . etc.) can be added from the Third Party Menu. When a patient has the necessary information to submit a claim, billing a 3rd Party takes place after the quantity is keyed. The response takes appoxamately 3 seconds to return once sent.

To the right is a view of our Daily Processing Menu. As you can see many activities will be performed through this menu. Everything is pretty straightforward but to give you a better idea of how prescriptions are filled using our software there are more views of our software below.
New Prescription - When the user is filling a new Rx, they must select a patient for whom the prescription will be filled. Here our software allows for patient additions if necessary.
Refills - When filling a refill the user may lookup the prescription by keying the patients name, or by typing the Rx number.

Patient Review - To the right is the Patient Review Screen. This appears after a patient is selected. This screen does not show what has been filled for this patient, but rather the patient's information. This includes contact information, D.O.B., allergies, and comments. Here you can add, change, or delete this information. **Our system also checks for any drug interactions, or possible altercations with allergies or diseases.
Filling New Prescriptions - Typing "Enter" at the Patient Review screen the user will come to the Rx Filling Screen. All patient, and Third party information, after being initially entered is stored and will automatically appear.
Drug Lookup - The drug may be entered by alpha lookup, N.D.C. entry, or by simply scanning the drug with the barcode scanner. Price Formulas and Sig Abbreviations are set by you the user.

Third Party Billing - Our Third Party Billing is performed after the price formula is entered. A view of this can be seen at the bottom of this page.
Filling Refills - Selecting option #2 brings up the refill screen. The user may lookup a prescription to be refilled by using the Rx number (this brings up the patient's "Patient Review" screen and by hitting enter the screen below will appear) or lookup a refill by entering the patient's name (this brings up the patient's profile as seen to the left).
Patient Profiles - The patient above was made up for the purpose of this site. Normally, unless the patient is new, there will be more in the patient's profile. Looking up their name will bring up everything they have had filled and it is arranged from most recent to oldest.
