T.A.P. Pharmacy Software was installed in its first store during November, 1983. We carefully incorporated into our software anything that may arise in the everyday dealings of a pharmacy and our software has been upgraded regularly since it was developed in the early 1980's. We are very confident that if you select our product, it will be one that you will grow to appreciate and recommend.
The main objective in designing this system was to keep you, the end user, in mind. In doing so, we have developed a very comprehensive system that is extremely easy to use. I hope, by showing a few views of our software in addition to giving you some information of how our system operates, that you will be able to see how valuable our product can be in your Pharmacy.
To the right is a view of the TAP MAIN MENU. The first thing that you should see here is that all of our options are numbered. This is found throughout our entire software package. All processes executed through our software are performed using the keyboard. There is no need to switch to the mouse saving valuable time.
Option #1 is the Daily Processing Menu. This is where most processes that your Pharmacy performs during business hours will be executed, ex. Rx Filling and Refills.
Option #2 is the Nursing Home Processing menu. This allows the user to service and manage all Nursing Home Patients.
Option #3 covers Accounts Receivable Processing.
Options #4-7 are essentially a "digital filing cabinet," through these possible options you can add, change, view, print, and delete files such as Doctors, Patients, A/R Customers, Drugs, Price Formulas . . . etc.
Option #8 enters our Accounts Payable/Payroll program, here posting, time clock, check writing . . . etc. operations are performed.
Option #9 covers all Third Party Billing functions.
Option #10 opens a menu where AWP Price Updates can be downloaded and saved to your software.
